Cancellation, Refund, & Event Credit Policy
Because our sound journeys require careful, custom preparation of the physical and sonic space, we enforce a strict scheduling policy to protect our time and ensure availability for all clients. By finalizing a booking on this site, you agree to the following terms:
Individual & Duet Sessions
Cancellation Window: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late Cancellations: Any cancellations or modifications made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the full session fee or the scheduling retainer paid.
Group Sessions (Small & Large Circles)
Cancellation Window: Because group sessions require locking out larger blocks of calendar time and specific transport logistics, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the 7-day window are completely non-refundable, and any retainers paid will be forfeited.
Practitioner Event Credits
In the rare event that a session must be cancelled by the practitioner due to an emergency, a full refund or a 100% event credit will be issued immediately to be used toward any future date.
